Kay Ogedengbe is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Kay Consulting Group, LLC, a healthcare consulting firm dedicated to supporting long-term care, senior living, and healthcare organizations through strategic leadership, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
With more than 20 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, Kay has successfully led healthcare organizations through complex operational challenges, regulatory surveys, quality improvement initiatives, organizational transitions, and growth opportunities. Her expertise spans skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, memory care programs, and senior living organizations.
Before establishing Kay Consulting Group, Kay worked with nationally recognized healthcare consulting firms, including Health Dimensions Group, Clinical Resources, and Polaris Group. During her tenure with these organizations, she successfully completed a variety of executive leadership and consulting assignments for healthcare providers and senior living organizations, including Ascension, Covenant Living Communities and Services, and Little Sisters of the Poor.
